Product Display/ColorsWhile we make every effort possible to make sure that the images you see on our website accurately depict the product, there are possibilities that the product you receive will look slightly different. The color of the product could vary slightly due to monitor resolution. Hardware on the product could vary slightly due to ongoing product improvement and development at the factory.
Product DimensionsIt is common for Vessel Sinks to vary in size, shape and color. Any dimensions that are provided are to be used as a guide only. Please do not rely on the information provided to make any final cuts. We strongly recommend that you receive and measure the product prior to making any cuts. The sinks are designed to fit flush on flat surfaces using the hardware provided or purchased separately. We cannot be responsible for any custom installation issues. Installing the product in any way other than recommended may result in voiding of your warranty. Be aware that local building codes may vary from state to state and even county to county.
Be advised that product size including width, height and depth for vanities and other products are approximate and does not guarantee exact match to the actual product you will receive. Should you need exact measurements please call us or write to service@landswarehouse.com for further assistance.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Any mistakes will be corrected as they are discovered. We reserve the right to discontinue any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, even after the order has been submitted, whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your order has been cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will refund the money to your credit card. The time it takes for the refund to show up on your statement depends on the bank issuing the credit card. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it according with our Return Policy.
Order Processing
We are not responsible for any delays outside of our control, including those due to order processing or any unexpected changes in demand. Usually, orders paid with a credit card will receive credit approval the same day. Any order delayed by order processing will automatically default to an Estimated Ship Date for each product starting the day the payment is processed and the order is released. Estimated Ship Dates are based upon known extended lead times.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated shipping times stated are based on an estimate of how long it usually takes for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse to you. These estimates are by no means guaranteed. If you are working with a deadline, please speak with our customer service representative to arrange for expedited shipping.
Most items ship in the time frame stated in each product’s description.
At times, products that are shown to be in stock will become unavailable due to a prior sale. If this happens, we will notify you via email. You will have the option of pre-ordering your item and waiting for it to come back in stock, replacing your order with another item or cancelling your order for a full refund.
We are not responsible for any costs associated with shipping delays.
