It is our policy to be 100% honest with our customer. We will never pressure you into buying anything you are not completely sure about. There are neither hidden fees, prices nor a minimum amount. What you see on our website is what you get. The price is the final, total price.
If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unused condition up to 60 days after shipment.

We will back up all Nerino brand product with a one year warranty starting you receive your shipment. All other brands come with corresponding manufacturer's warranty policy.

Price-Matching Policy

We will match the price on a previously, or about to be bought product from any US based genuine internet store, as long as the product is an exact match (including all shipping and handling charges).
The Price-Matching Policy applies to any item from an internet store that fits the following criteria:

• It is the same, exact model in the same color
• Backed up by the same manufacturer's warranty as our own
• Is currently in stock and ready for shipment
• The online retailer must be an current US site (to be determined by us)
• Any price matching claims on previously purchased items are to be received within 30 days of purchase
• The total price match will include any shipping and handling charges (as charged by the other company)
• We reserve the right to confirm the lower price prior to completing a price match
• We do not price match against:
  • Brand items sold directly by the manufacturer
  • Classified websites such as Craigslist.com
  • Auction sites such as eBay, Amazon, Overstock
  • Closeouts, sale or clearance items
  • Items that come with a rebate, coupon offer or quantity discount
  • Any special offers or "membership" type websites
