If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason at all, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. You may return it or exchange it for a different item. In cases where you chose to return or exchange the item for reasons other than it was damaged you would be responsible for shipping and handling costs to and from you. Any costs associated with upgrading shipping will also not be refunded.

While our website provides you with free shipping, the cost for shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund. Please be advised that some manufacturers charge a restocking fee, which will also be deducted from your refund.

You may not cancel the order once it was shipped. If you chose to refuse delivery, it will be considered a return and fall under our standard return policy and costs associated with roundtrip shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In order for you to receive the full refund (minus shipping and restocking fee) all returned products must be in their original packaging and condition. If the item is used or packaging has been changed some additional charges may be applied. Some products are final sale items. If it is so, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Once the product has been assembled or you have made any modifications to it, it cannot be returned. For any questions regarding returns or exchanges please call us.

My Order Arrived Damaged.
We at www.BathDiscovery.com do our best to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our shipping department packages every item to minimize damage during transit , makes sure that the item is what you ordered and is shipped in a timely manner.

If damage does occur during shipment, we will replace or fix the item if as soon as you receive the order you follow the steps outlined below:

1. Inspect all boxes (there could be multiple) as soon as they are delivered, BEFORE signing the receipt.
2. Open the top of each box and inspect the item. If you notice any damage, no matter how small it might be, make a notation on the receipt prior to signing it.

Things to look for and note on the receipt:

1. Item arrived without a pallet
2. Shrink wrap on the package is ripped
3. There are dents and/or crushed corners on the box
4. Countertop is cracked
5. Box arrived without straps
6. The box is wet or dirty


Notate all the damages or dents to the box, no matter how small they might be. This will be to your benefit in case the item is damaged.  

1. If the package only has very minimum damage to it (crushed corners or sides, small dents, wetness or dirt), it is still VERY IMPORTANT to write "Package Damaged" on the shipping form.
2. If there is significant damage to the package, you may refuse delivery. The box will be returned to us and we will ship you a new one. If this happens, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can expect the return shipment and expedite the replacement order.
3. If, for any reason, you are unable to inspect the package at the time of delivery, please note any damages to the outer box, no matter how small they might be. Your order has traveled from the factory to the warehouse and often across country to get to you and made a few stops in between.  While the outer box may seem to not have sustained a lot of damage, due to constant moving and vibrations due to transit and forklifts, it is possible that the box will contain some damage not visible from the outside.

Upon the driver’s departure, immediately open the package and inspect your order for any damages. If there are any damages to your order, report it to us and the shipping company by calling the number of the shipping form.
Shipping company will let us file a freight claim within 24 hours of delivery. You have 24 hours to report any damage to us; otherwise the replacement item will be at your expense. Please remember that all returned products have to be in their original packaging and original condition.

DO NOT WAIT to open and inspect your package, even if you are awaiting the completion of your home improvement project, as at that time we may not be able to assist you with any damages and or returns.

When you sign the Bill of Landing, which is a binding contract, without proper notation, it means that the order arrived in good and proper condition. Without any notation on the Bill of Landing the shipping company has the right to deny any claims filed, which in turn, will limit our ability to replace your item without any charge to you.
In order for us to be able to file a claim with the freight carrier and receive compensation for shipping is by having proper notation on the Bill of Landing. In case of any damage to your order, we may ask you to email us or send us photos showing the damage, in case you did not refuse the shipment. Both the notation on the Bill of Landing and the photos will allow us to process your request faster and either send you a replacement item or , if possible, fix the existing one.

Most damages can be repaired to restore the item to showroom quality. We reserve the right to repair or replace any piece of furniture; this decision will be at our discretion. If we determine that such repair is impractical, we will suggest a substitute to you of the same or similar design, color and quality.
In cases where your order has a manufacturer’s defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We maintain a great relationship with our manufacturers and stand behind their product. If you are having any issues or problems with any of our products, please contact us and we will do anything possible to resolve these issues.

Restocking Fees
If you return a product for any reason other than it was damaged or defective, it may be subject to a restocking fee. Most companies will charge a restocking fee on all returned products. Please contact us if you would like to find out the specific fees for the company.
Restocking fees are charged for the following reasons:

1. Costs associated with processing and handling the return
2. Re-packaging of product
3. Repair of packaging material that has any writing, tape or markings
4. Products that have missing instructions, packing materials or parts
5. Ripped or torn boxes
6. Damaged merchandise
7. Cost of restocking the product back on the shelf and adding it to inventory

Cancelling Orders
You may cancel or change your order at any time before the order was shipped - that is: you have been able to get in touch with us prior to your order leaving the warehouse. Such cancellation will receive a full refund, typically in 3-4 business days. Any cancelled orders made after the item has left the warehouse will be treated as a return and will be subject to shipping and restocking fees.

If Something is Missing from Your Order, or If Order is Incorrect
If you find that there is something missing from your order or wrong pieces were included, please contact us at service@landswarehouse.com within 3 days of delivery of your order. Please let us know what is missing, as well as include any pictures that may illustrate the problem. If the item missing is a common part and we have it in our warehouse we will work on getting it to you as soon as possible. However, due to the large selection of furniture on our website, it is sometimes impossible to keep all the parts in stock. If that is the case we would have to order the replacement from the factory, many of which are located overseas, which could result in delay time of up to 6 weeks.
